FIC AZ11 - Bios? Locks up intermittenly

I bought a used FIC AZ11 mobo and put xp pro on it. It had been running great for a month, but is now locking up intermittintly. I wanted to upgrade the bios, but it seems the company no longer is in business and cannot find the website or anywhere with the bios. Any help??

It is running very good memory, but the video card is a Apollo 32 mb knock off. Could it be the video card??

Btw, I installed the 4n1 drivers v51, which are the latest I have.

It just started doing this and you cannot find any sdram mobos and I hate to have to reinstall XP and buy the ddr and new mobo!!

I had the same issue with my AZ11. There hasn't been a new bios released in almost 4 years(AFAIK). I changed my HAL from ACPI to Standard PC after dealing with it for months and it has been rock-stable since (probably over a year now).
