Finally received a little exposure!

After only about 7 months of hard work I finally made it on the front of a newspaper!

On April 20th I had a sweet surprise of being on the front of the Minneapolis / St. Paul Star Tribune for fixing iPods (http://www.macnewsworld.com/story/57042.html - syndication of the original I guess)

Not to brag but I've also been on the front page of digg via this link:

It's all proof that you can start an online business and make it fairly successful in under a year!

On an unrelated note, if I can get the pics? software I'll start hosting pictures for free once again.

That was me on Friday morning... I was a little nervous as I've never done a radio show before, but those guys were at least pretty entertaining!

This is a full time job for me... I did drive school bus (yes, sad I know!) for part of the school year because I didn't think I'd be busy enough... I was definitely wrong.

I'm the only one in the business... I got the store running, created the tutorial videos, updated the store software, fix the iPods, do all of the support, ordering, packaging, mailing... essentially anything and everything related to the business.

It's a lot of work and responsibility but someone has to do it I guess.

This is another situation where in the beginning, AT'ers aren't exactly very kind and helpful. I'm not saying this in a negative way, but do you remember when a few people had made jokes or commented against that domain name? I got similar stuff from people when I started my business, but it's been worth it, and it does go to show that if you try, it's possible to get a business off the ground within a year.

You are correct... people are very quick to turn things into negatives but fortunately it looks like you yourself have prevailed as well. I must admit cernax hosting sounds a bit funny to me, but I imagine there's a story behind the name? Anyways thanks for the congrats!

Thanks everyone for the positive comments. I feel like a bit of an attention whore but in some regards I want to let people know what I've been doing and why I don't post much here any more (too busy!)
