Not to take anything away from the tC, but I wouldn't bother reading this article because NCTD's "reviews" are totally worthless. I challenge anyone to find a negative review on their site.

Take this quote from their '04 Cavalier review:
Chevrolet Cavalier has a nice interior design and the interior materials appear to be of decent quality.
I don't think anyone else on EARTH would even try to pretend the Cavalier's interior is up to par. They make no mention of build quality.

Why not?

they're expensive and bad on the mileage, in the wet, and in the winter

What would you rather it wear? I applaud Toyota for adding a bit of "spice" to a $16,000 car.

If a Subaru dealership also sells new Volvos, would an XC90 be called a Subaru Volvo XC90? I think not.

It's funny b/c American automakers with multiple nameplates have sold them from combined dealerships for years. How come some people seem to be having trouble with this concept?

aren't there good potenzas and bad potenzas?
there's the S-03 and crappy RE950 (or was that the RE92?)

RE950 are pretty good. The crappy ones are the RE92.

These are the same tires that come with the IS300. 215/45/17 will make a narrow sidewall. In pothole infested LA that will equal to bent rims.

There are some interesting features, including front seats that fold down flat to create what one Scion official with a totally straight face described as a "conversational space." We're not sure there'd be much talking going on, but we only wish this were available when we were of an age to enjoy that feature.

They should call it, the Shaggin Wagon.

whao, two words, "Fukk Mazda3" okookoko rephrase "Forget Mazda3"

holy cow, silver already looks nice, white looks good, black looks okay, the flint mica looks elegant, and the blue is sexy.... add some gold-color Volks TE37 and it's a show car to go.

It would be nice if they made it an option to get a wheel that has stereo controls on it like the Mazda 3 has, otherwise it's a pretty nice car.

Ive been looking for something resonably priced lately and have been following the tC for a while, Ill be test driving one in about week and a half when the local dealership gets their demo car... and will be ordering one then... getting the blue. Im hoping there wont be a huge ricer scene with this car, but Im sure there will be.

Autobahn here in Ft Worth sells BMW, Volvo, Jaguar, Porsche, VW, and Land Rover. Personally I think they should kick out VW for Saab. VW just isn't in the same league of cars with the others.

All the cars have seperate buildings though, and seperate service areas, but they share some mechanics. Apparently VWs and Porsches share similar construction concepts. I knew a mechanic who worked there that got to drive a GT2! He also drove the Phaeton before it was released.

I have to say, VW, Volvo and Subaru certainly is a strange grouping of cars. They're really not that similar. You can't really upsell someone from a Golf GTI to a Volvo s40. Plus they wouldn't sell any Impreza's as long as there were some S60Rs around.

Anyone know if these will sell out fast? I will probably be buying one but would rather not preorder one unless the demand is high enough that they will sell out.

I just need to make sure I get a new car before school starts in August.

I bet these things will FLY off the lot at that price. There's no haggling, so walk in, pay MSRP and leave.
