I don't see too much under 600 LE. The Corsair 200R or 300R look like the best I see, but OOS at the lone merchant selling them. That Zalman is probably the best for that price point. The Thermaltakes and Cooler Masters around the same price won't be much, if any, better, and I can say from experience that several are going to be worse. Mainly that the cheaper Cooler Masters will be flimsy, and TTs will be flimsy plus have odd design issues. They'll pretty much all work, of course, but steel, machining, packing, and shipping are all big costs for cases, so there's no free lunch. Your build should not need any herculean cooling system, even with a warm room temp.
If case cost is an issue, get the Z3 Plus, and find a good place to zip-tie the larger cables together. If dust might be a problem, double up on intake fans, and let the top exhaust passively vent (the case appears to come with 4 fans, and looks to have 2 filtered front intakes).
