Firefox scroll

Since I recently upgraded from FireFox, i noticed that the mouse wheel doesnt scroll as smoothly as on IE. I have the wheelscroll go through 8 lines per notch on the wheel which is what IE does or so i heard, but on pages that contain lots of information (long scrollbar) it seems to lag and be much slower than IE. Is there any thing to add to user.js to fix this or any other way? Thanks in advance

Also, it the sites always seem to have graphics/a graphic as the background, if that helps any

If you goto tools --> option --> advanced --> click on the + for browsing and try selecting "use smooth scrolling", this should smooth out the scrolling. Make it less jerky.

Maybe that will help.
