First-buy 19" LCD monitor

Hey folks,

I'm in the market for a 19" LCD monitor, with DVI. I've been reading here, and on tons of other forums and tests and I really don't know what to pick anymore. Every monitor has problems, I know, but I seem to pick all the ones with the bad ones

The general usage workload would be:
- Surfing/email/office usage/irc
- Gaming - often, but not daily

I'm not really planning on watching movies on that, I've got my TV for that

The last screen I've been looking at is the Samsung 940BF, but it seems that one isn't too suited for this usage.

What would you people recommend? I've got a budget about 550$ (450e).
