Did you guys look at the chart with the benchmarks comparing all the chipsets (Via, AMD, SIS, Ali)? All the chipsets seem very close in performance.

Why does everyone say the Ali Magik 1 chipset sucks? It gets a CC Winstone of around 33.6 to 34.7 while the SIS board gets 34.5 to 35.5. Wow, it's only about 2% slower. And the Magik does better in some disk benchmarks.

I think it`s best to wait,we still need benchmarks on nForce and the new KT266 stepping boards when they arrive,I can wait afew months before I decide which chipset is the best for me.

If you guys take a closer look @ the Chaintech Box, it say "VIA Inside". That is a big mistake.
