flash file?

ok i got this flash animation that i wanna put in a powerpoint presentation, but the problem is that powerpoint won't accept this type of file(.swf). What can i do? I know that powerpoint accepts the standard movie formats (mpeg, avi, etc), can i somehow convert the .swf file to one of those?
are there any programs that do this?
