If you're trying to save some cash and have an AGP motherboard, you can pick up a refurb 6800GT 256MB from newegg for $210.
I don't know of any other reliable vendors where you can get that price refurb or not, so I went for it.
Was considering a new PCI-E system and 7800GTX, but after hearing prices and benchmarks, i think it's hard to justify not keeping my 3.2 P4 for a while and upgrading to a card with much higher FPS/dollar.
