a nice one really , about the price of a good one : 39american$
can u tell me wether it is good,bad,efficient,noisy any infos

That's a little high... you may want to try some other fans: Antec, Panaflo, Panasonic etc. Of course that all depends on what's available to you where you live.

Have not heard of Foxconn. Couldn't find anything using the half-hearted search of foxconn.com.
