Umm...don't think there's any question about it. It says that you get the hat just for entering. The prize for the contest appears to be a year's supply (12) of lighters.

i've signed up for a million hats and never get sh#t.......
only shirts i get are from Cisco, 3Com and swap-it.com
every other shirt i've signed up for never came either
