I've always wondered what the mark-up on water is. I assume they are making a nice profit margin per bottle. I think more people drink water than ever before. Sodas used to be the only option, now water can fill you up without the calories/sugar/caffiene/bloating...

lol, no I just meant that as a kid, nobody ever seemed to order water. I later learned that restraunts were charging ~$1.00 a soda, but they were probably paying about 5 cents a serving. From my experiences lately, it seems that people are ordering water at lunch/dinner about as often as ordering a soda.

I ordered a good beer one time at dinner, cost me $4. At the same dinner, another person at the table ordered an Evian water, and it cost her $4. Think what you will of that.
