That used to be an old policy of theirs. You could get a "one day" shopping pass. However, now you can only do it by invitation only. They'll let you walk around the club to check things out, but you can't purchase anything unless you have the one-day pass. But, I remember the premium used to be only 5%, and not the 10% that they're charging today.
