Didn't know that, but I doubt you get an actual lighter sent to you, probably a coupon or maybe nothing (as with most freebies). But I've been surprised before by "freebies"

I dont know about it being illegal to send lighters by USPS . . . I remember
I've gotten a lighter from an online deal before . . . maybe it was fedex or
