Looks like you're in for a world of spam. Is it worth it?
Go here:

This free service is outstanding; I've used it for years.
Basically what it does is allows you to create a disposable e-mail address which forwards e-mail to your real address.
For instance if I put in my e-mail as:
anand.2.myaddress@spamgourmet.com
it will allow 2 e-mails to be forwarded to me at that address, then dies. You can go as high as 20 or as low as 1.
It is perfect for these promotions where you *may* need to verify you have a working address after which the address goes dead. A lot of times I'll make it high, say 10, just to see how much crap comes in from places that claim to not sell of your address. Since you can make the first word anything you like, it is easy to personalize it to whatever you are signing up for.
