I remember these folks from last year. Not only were the samples full-sized cans of the products, but they arrived at my house in less then 2 weeks. My guess is that the thread crappers filled out the form incorrectly and are whining about it. My only complaint is that it is hard to find their products at my local tech crap store Their duster is the most kick ass duster ever...

Cool!!! I am a customer for life with them. Last time I ordered samples from them, I got full size air spray cans, and enough heatsink grease to properly mount 500 heatsinks. Definitely a good company to deal with.
