If you go to the link provided and click on Free Sampler Kit, it takes you to
Free RAF Sampler Kit Request and on this page it says:
Please Call 203-888-2133 and we'll send you a Sampler Kit right away.
So I called and was transferred to the sales department. They told me they can't take orders over the phone for the Free Sampler Kit and I must have clicked the wrong link. I explained that I hadn't and that the url I was looking at even said freekit.html. She told me that someone from
tech support (huh???) was going to have to call me back so I could register a complaint about a problem with the site. I said that this wasn't worth it and to just forget about it but then she asked if she could please have my phone number and someone would make sure I'd get the free kit. So I gave her my phone number.
5 minutes later she called me back and said that something must be wrong with the site because it shouldn't say that, etc. And her manager told her to take my information and they'd send the kit right away.
NOTE: the first thing she asked me for was the Business Name that the kit would be delivered to. This offer is only for businesses. So I gave her my work address and asked her to mark it ATTN to me.
