Yea, I've filled this thing out like 5 different times using all of my different mailing adresses and have not seen a single shirt from them.

I think they are just collecting your info to spam you later.

They call you on the phone too. I think they try and confirm a valid lead b4 they send out the shirt.:disgust:

I once again signed my dog up for a free t-shirt. I can hardly wait, he always lets me wear them without any complaints. I wonder when he'll start getting credit card offers / junk mail ?
He already gets spam on his e-mail account.
