I sent an email to the guy who did the osx bar after I saw his screeny on deskmod.com
A polite email got me the bar

The theme is called mercury, can be found at deskmod. Same guy does the osx bar i believe. deadzombie on deskmod.com

The wallpaper can be found at deskmod.com search for kultdesign.

Icons/Theme/Wallpaper/osx bar That's it!
