front usb port issue

I upgraded my system to MSI X99A Mpower and now the 2 usb2 port in the front of my ARC MIDI R2 dont' work. The usb3 port works fine, I have try both usb port on the motherboard with the same result. Are there any know compatibility issue with this?

No, the front I/0 cable will only fit int JUSB1 or JUSB2 on 1-26.
