Just checked Outpost.com, they have the IOGear USB card for 14.99-10MIR = 4.99...darn for not having Fry's on the east coast - I find it hard to say no to free stuff and this would have been a nice freebie .

i've been wanting to purchase the ecs/xp 2000+ combo, does any1 know if this board will have problems supporting 1 gig(2 sticks of 512) of memory? thanks

It works for me (I have an Ecs with a XP2000 and 2 diffrent brands of 512 DDR memory)
I have heard of problems with 2 sticks of PC133, and you need a decent Power supply for that mobo.

My box will lock up after maybe 10 mins if I use 2 sticks of SDRAM. I'm about to put DDR in it. Zero problems otherwise.

I've got the ECS K7S5A and XP2100.

went to fry's in fountain valley, ca. The no name ddr ram is kbyte over there.
