After all of the deals, you get it for about $200, plus you get $35 worth of free development at Ofoto. Just a word of warning, I have never actually used this camera, but I have read good things about it online and I ordered one myself. Besides, for $200, you really can't beat it.

there's a better deal. get a staples rep to pricematch with www.compdirect.com. if you're lucky, they'll not even check, or they will check and forget to add shipping. (my experience have been that 1 in 5 phone calls get lucky)

Here is the email I received from a CS rep when I asked if they would honor the rebate with their lowest price of $259.00:

We do not know how long Fuji will accept rebate coupons submitted for Fuji Finepix 1400 camera purchases. However, please note, we cannot guarantee that Fuji will continue to accept rebate submissions and rebate information in no longer included in the pricing or product copy for this camera on our site.

This deal bites, I just got off the phone with FujiFilm headquarters 1-800-800-3854 option 1, who confirmed our worst nightmare. He said the rebate is only valid if you purchased the Fuju Finepix 1400 on or before 11/09/2000. He is already aware of Shop4Digital and Amazon still having the rebate forms but even though the rebate forms say they expire 01/31/2000 it does not matter. Fuji will ___NOT HONOR____ your rebate request if you did not purchase the Fuji Finepix 1400 on or before 11/09/2000. This is because of "massive price roll backs", which is a bunch of total BS if you ask me. Come on let's sue 'em! (j/k)
