For some reason some of my full screen programs (games mostly) have been minimizing themselves at predictable times on my laptop.
For example, Madden 2008 minimizes to the desktop whenever it finishes loading.
Doom minimizes itself instantly whenever I attempt to go full screen.
Also, when I run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool's Direct3D test (it is full screen), it stops instantly and tells me that it aborted because I pressed a key (I am not pressing any keys).
Everything is normal when I am not in a full screen game.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled my graphics drivers to no avail.
My keyboard is missing an Insert key (I removed it).
Please help, I want to play some Doom.
