end of the day the hdmi 2.0 excuse has a short shelf-life.

It's unfair to say the adapter is coming. Then not factor the adapter into the cost of the card. And also not factoring in the fact that you have to WAIT for the adapter as well. Do we even have a concrete date the adapter is coming? Because if not that makes it even worse. I'm not denying it's coming, I'm just saying, it's not a selling point really to need an external adapter to a card.

Trolling and derailing the thread, that s generaly the only thing left to the obviously argumentless...

AMD - "Just wait, it's coming."

Just like how people had to wait for the 290x to beat the 780ti, or how they had to wait for dx 12 to fully utilize their cards.

The "It's incoming" is NOT a good sign for AMD, yet something they repeatedly have to say.
