OK, I'll put myself in his shoes. Someone returns my phone but it's damaged. I don't know how it got damaged, I don't know how the store obtained my phone - did a customer turn it in, or did the store find it on the floor, or was it on the counter? I don't know if it fell. I don't know if a customer stepped on it. I don't know anything about what happened.

I guess I have to suck it up and deal.

I surely do not blame the store or say they screwed me.

and if you dont know, Yngwei is an amazing guitarist (popular in the 80s) and in the Pantera videos back in the early 90s they found him in a hotal and were offering him some donuts and he flipped on them and the cameraman yelling that about how he hates donuts. fun stuff.
