All prices are converted from EGP TO USD, these are the prices in my country.

First of all I will be using my PC for "Gaming",my budget is around 800-850$,I'm from Egypt which means i'll be buying the parts from Egypt,I'm not a fan boy of anything ill get whats best for my PC,the resolution ill be playing on is 1,920 x 1,080,I am not planning to overclock my device,I plan to build it by January,Sorry i can't provide a website for the vendor ill be buying my parts from since their website is down.The vendor i'll be buying from : http://www.egprices.com/en/ Please notice that the prices may differ from a store to another.

-Mother Board: ASRock Fatal1ty H97 Killer Socket 1150 Motherboard (125$)

-Processor: Intel Core I5-4690 Haswell 3.5GHz LGA 1150 84W Desktop Processor (237$)

-Graphics Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 OC 2GB GDDR5 Windforce 3X (300$)

-Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 Advanced Case/Thermaltake commander MS-III (70$)

-Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda ST500DM002 500GB 7200.14 SATA 6Gb/s HDD (90$)

*Extras

-Wirless Adapter: TP-Link TL-WN751ND 150Mbps Wireless N PCI Adapter (14$)

-Optical Drive: Samsung 24X DVD-RW DL Drive (SH-224BB/RSBS) (17$)

Please leave you're opinion and if you have a better "RAM,Motherboard,etc.."in the same price range feel free to suggest it.

edit: whoops! i see you dont want to overclock. In that case i reccommend getting an i7 over the i5, atleast that way you will have more threads available should games in the future (likely) start using more than 4 threads simultaneously.

Well, thats the cheapest price in my country, I was planning on getting a R9 280X but it's more expensive than the 760 (more than 300$)

a 4790k if you do not plan on overclocking. The high stock base and boost clock will help.

well honestly i recommend changing your stance on no overclocking and get a K series i5 if you want bang for the buck...

I think your list is solid. I wouldn't change anything. You will probably fill the hard drive up pretty quick, but you can easily add a second drive later.

The only thing I would change is adding an SSD along side that hard drive. Will make a huge difference in boot times.

It's what I use for my Linux drive. It's fast. I just use them to run the OS and any mission critical apps, and keep games on the hard drive. If you're trying to keep your budget under control, it's a good place to start.

I run a 4770 non K with an H97 Fatality board - can't complain. The board has good build quality, heatsinks on the VRMs, shielded ALC 1150 and can overclock K and non K processors (MCE).
