Running into issues with the screen getting garbled on my itx build.
Here are the specs for my machine:
1. ASRock H77M-ITX motherboard
2. OCZ Agility 3 AGT3-25SAT3-60G
3. 250Gb Segate sata II drive
4. 2x 2Gb CORSAIR XMS3 TR3X6G1600C8 G - This is a Triple Channel Ram - however I assumed it would be ok - shows up dual channel in CPU Z
5. core i5 2400
6. Silverstone Sgo5 case with 300 W PSU
A short video of the screen getting garbled:

Any ideas on what might be the issue? Asrock supported suggested under powered PSU unit, but I tested using KillAWatt and the system does around 60W playing hd videos off of youtube. So I skeptical if PSU is to blame.
