GC Upgrade for Dell Inspiron 530

Hey!
Do you guys have any suggestions for a graphic card upgrade for my Dell Inspiron 530?
I'm currently considering the :
Radeon HK 2600XT, GeForce 9600GT or the XFX Radeon 4650
Which one should I pick? or do you guys have any suggestions for higher lower end cards?

I'm currently running a 6600 LE and it's absolutely HORRIBLE
I can't play any games and it's running League of Legends in lowest settings and no sound with 15 FPS.

I would go with something like a gt240, 5570 or 5670. btw what res are you wanting to play at?

I'm playing at 1366x760 on my little 18.5 inch Widescreen.
I'm currently playing most games at Lowest Settings and it Lags. My max FPS is about 15 =/

I'm probably gonna upgrade my monitor after I save up a little bit. I'm trying to aim for a 22 inch
