This is pretty good. I wouldn't mind getting one to play with if there wasn't a rebate involved or it wasn't from td.

Its much slower then a 4600 don't waste your money, Only go 9600 pro 9700 pro or higher to see inprovemnets on you ti4600. If Nvidia side 5700 ultra or higher!

It's a good deal slower than your ti4600. You'll probably have to get at least a 5700ultra to see any improvment over your current card.

What about a Ti 4200? My cousins just went bad and he's looking for a new one, preferably something better. Might steer him to this deal if it's any good.

The rebate is not a general manufacturer rebate and has the dreaded words: "Purchase at Tiger Direct..."

You should change the title to read $79.99 ($49.99 for the lucky few who actually get a TD rebate, most will not.)

That's not unusual. MD rebates at CompUSA state CompUSA and MD rebates at OM state OM.

You missed the point pxc. The only rebate people dare to hope for if purcahsing from TD is a general rebate. If you see the words 'Tiger Direct' anywhere on it, either RUN... or look at this as an $80 deal (and that's if you get what you think you ordered.)

No, you missed the point or are incapable of telling the difference between a TD rebate and a manufacturer's rebate.

TD rebates are terrible, but manufacturer's rebates are generally fine. If you didn't know before you know the difference now. :roll:

Yeah, but 4xAA and 8xAF aren't even useable on this card, so it's irrelevant.
