Oh yes. A glimpse at what my Titans will be in another year or two. Decimated by the cap and now we're the 2nd youngest team in the league and $40 mil under the cap. We will make all of you cry soon enough.

just because you won a game against a bad team does not mean you're going to the superbowl anytime soon... relax....

Notice I did say 'a year or two'. BTW, I don't care how 'bad' your team might be. We scored 24 points in the fourth quarter when down 21-0 and that just doesn't happen very often in the NFL.

Also, a win would have given NY a tie for their division lead and tied for the second best record in the NFC. That's a 'bad team'? Maybe the NFC just sucks then?
The NFC does suck and nobody sucks worse than the Giants right now.
Young played a fabulous 4th quarter, but the Giants beat themselves.

The funny part is that the Giants had a sack on him on 4th and 10 late in the 4th and the guy inexplicably let go of Young and Young scrambled for the first down.

It's not inexplicable, it's the way the NFL rules are these days.
When a QB is considered to be "in the grasp" of a defensive player it's considered a sack and the play is dead. He probably thought he heard a whistle.
If he drives him into the ground after the whistle it's a 15 yd. penalty and a 1st down.
The rules suck, if you look at a Qb the wrong way it's a roughing call.

Oh, I totally agree, I hate the roughing the passer rules in the NFL. BTW, I was at the Niners-Giants game a few years back (was it 2002 or 2003, I can't remember which year it was now). That was the best sporting event I've ever attended

I agree with you here to some extent but so much money is sunk into these QB's now that they have to make rules like this to protect their investment. It's sad that the sport is being wussified more and more every year but it's not going away.

relax, and in terms of seasons, a year or two is relatively soon anyways.

It's just a question. Believe me, after watching that game I feel completely relaxed.

The act that it's wussified is not what's getting me worked up, it's the fact that it can affect a game like it did today. Players are afraid to hit a QB.

yeap. if the ball was thrown and he drives them to the ground its a penality. no matter if the guy see's him throw it or not.

there are far to many rules about protecting the qb. sure i understand some of them. I am suprised there is not more crap like this happening.
