gigabyte GA-7ZXE usb connections

I have a gigabyte GA-7ZXE motherboard that has a place to plug in front usb ports. The problem is, the motherboard has 3 pins a space and then another pin. The connector I have to plug into that is only 4 pins (no space). Here is a picture of the connector and the motherboard. pic 1 pic 2

anyway to connect these?

USB has +5v, -Data, +Data and Ground,
you can cut and break one out (the ground one), or pull (push) the tab (with a needle or sharp object) and pull out the wire. It can directly connect to the Ground with no much problem.

your mb has the one in reverse order than the other (not an intel standard, as its early usb stage):
ie. 2 parallel line of
1) Ground, empty, +D, -D, +5v
2) +5v, -D, +D, empty, Ground

your Green wire should go to +5v. and remove the black wire out from the connector, put it on the Ground
