I had posted this question earlier; Gigabyte does as much as it can to avoid any RMA of anykind. No direct links to an RMA website, no toll free number. I was going with this board, but not if the manufacturer won't stand by it. Asus and MSI boards have three year warranty whereas this has one which is probably even shorter since it's up to the vendor to deal with it.
PS I have a GSQ800 and have had no problems with it, so I think it's YMMV. Good luck.
