Good luck, they loved me, her whole family, best friends, aunts/uncles, grandparents. Just recently has her mom started to treat me like ******.

The first thing that makes me think is that her mom didn't take your relationship seriously before, but recently somthing changed & now for whatever reason she does. I don't think theres much you can do about it except try to see it for what it is... she's concerned about her daughter & see's you as a threat.
If you push things & turn this into some kind of contest, its a virtual certainty you'll lose in one way or another, so if I were you I'd swallow my pride, keep my wallet & cell-phone out of reach and as others have suggested, have fun with your gf & stop worrying so much.

Honestly, your a still a kid and she is being a mom. Respect is such a misused and misunderstood term......she has no reason to trust you other then her daughter knows you...so yes, as others suggested talk to her in a nice way to try to clear the air, but in the end you will have to suck some of it up, thats life.

Speaking from experience being both a teenage boy in very near the exact situation & also the father of two girls, I think its the only sensible option you have & if you want to keep seeing your gf its certainly the best bet.
You might want to have a talk with your mom before the lunch thing & let her know how you feel about whats going on ... maybe she can influence your gf mom some or at least she can get the inside scoop for you, in the mean-time just keep being as nice and polite as you can handle.

Alright, I just got done reading the "ownage of the year thread" which included Perknose blasting quite a few noobs and several threads were an OP creates ownage on himself.
Now that perknose has entered into tonights fray and this young man has already been given some medicine across the board, do you folks think we should give up, call it a night and archive this puppy for "Ownage of the year 2006" nominations?
