Truly the end of an era but glad to see that the forums will stay alive. And seeing so many old members come back reminds me of when the forums were truly alive!

Strange that the comments on the farewell article were "locked" so quickly and unceremoniously. I would've commented there if I could.

A shame to see the main site retired, even compared to its previous recent lightly-active state.
Last of the old guard, other than Tom's Hardware? (And TH hasn't been great, for years now.)

Yep. : -) The RSS feed plus the forums and two bench sites are in my regular bookmark folder list that I open at least once a day.

Ultimately some sort of upgrade or something to remain compliant will occur and there will be no money or staff to do it
