We have enough trash in the ocean already. They should probably dump her body in the ocean like they did bin Laden to keep her grave from being a terrorist rally site.

You assume the Capitol Police as a whole actually gave a damn. There are multiple videos and photos of CP shaking hands of protestors, talking and laughing with them, letting them walk out after vandalizing and looting and desecrating the American flag, taking down the American flag to fly Confederate flags or Trump flags. And CP just let them walk out. Took selfies with them.We just showed how weak our security is at one of the two most important building in the world. Next time they might have more than signs. They should've been met with far more force than they were. This has just emboldened them further.
*When they were outside I would've expected non-lethals, but many of those scenes from inside should've had deadly force used (although there should've never gotten that far). What would'v happened if the SS hadn't have shot this lady and 100 of them got in there when members were still there?
I think part of it is america is so polarized that you live in a place where everyone LOVES trump and you can't imagine him losing because all you see if people loving him and praising him and putting up lawn signs and etc. In my town everyone hates him (its like 90% democratic easily) and only when I travel out of it do I see what rural areas feel about him (i prefer to use the word feel over the word think). However if you don't travel you never know that there are people very different from you, sometimes way more than you can imagine. What's sad here is the lack of critical thinking on such a large scale.
Did we really lose all those states, even after a recount, and even after having Republican Secretaries of State who are Trump supporters looking into it and finding no fraud?
No, it's reality that's wrong!

You misunderstand ... the woman who died deserving it or not has no bearing on her death being a tragedy. (for me anyway)
I was shocked by the lack of security myself and I agree if this was BLM 100's could/would have died .... pretty sure heads will be rolling at some point.
There wasn't a lack of security. They let Trump's death cult in.
No, I actively think they don't give a damn, which was my point. We pay 2000 cops to protect the capital building and apparently as long as you are white you could go in there with a pipebomb and AR15.You assume the Capitol Police as a whole actually gave a damn. Some of those that work forces...
Do you feel the 19 hijackers on 9/11 dying were a tragedy as well? You misunderstand ... the woman who died deserving it or not has no bearing on her death being a tragedy. (for me anyway)

Frankly it's a freaking miracle this wasn't 1000 times MORE ugly than it turned out.
I am not saying it wasn’t justified. I am more concerned about the actions taken by “leaders” in the country that radicalized her and set her on the path to this end. Trump and the people like Fox News show hosts who have made millions off of lying to people like her need to be held accountable.Including the 4 Capital Police officers watching her break into Pelosi's office?
This is the most justified police shooting I've ever seen. This person was actively attempting to overthrow our government, I hope she is enjoying hell.

Still shows weak security. "If you are group of white people, you can attempt to kidnap congress members" is pretty weak security. The Capitol Police let the brownshirts in.
Who here didn't see this type of action from CULT-45 members? Trump was verbally stiring up trouble. I saw it coming and DC is a 7 hour drive for me but I posted questions about the likelihood of violence in DC on the 6th.
But apparently Capitol Police were surprised? Hmmmmm......
Aiding and abetting traitors.Still shows weak security. "If you are group of white people, you can attempt to kidnap congress members" is pretty weak security.
And this pyscho would still be alive. If the police had actually been doing their jobs instead of removing barricades and taking selfies, it probably would not have gotten to the point of secret service shooting at people breaking and entering.
Which is weird because truth be told most veterans dont mindlessly support obviously bad presidents. The majority of them know how important stable sane government is actually bother to think about who they elect.
On the other hand, she only did four years in the air force and a LOT of those people are basically civilians with uniforms.
Yea, some cop is having a really bad day dealing with the fact he had to take a life today. It tough on them, regardless of how some view it. Apparently at some point she was a sane competent person, considering she was allowed to re-enlist multiple times in the Air Force. And this pyscho would still be alive.
ETA: Saying that as a good thing, not a bad thing.
That Capital Police officer will likely go through hell as investigations try to figure out whether he did anything wrong. He put himself front and center to defend--with lethal force if necessary--our government. Sad thing is, he will likely need protective services for doing so. He killed a criminal to defend our government, and he's almost certainly going to have himself and his family doxxed relentlessly by folks whose skulls are filled primarily with runny porridge. I cannot hate a person who thought she was fighting for her country and put her life on the line for it. She was misled into believing she was fighting for Democracy when she was really just a useful idiot.
Yep, he took an oath of office to defend the Constitution, and will pay dearly for doing that against a person that was out to destroy the Constitution, and while protecting assholes that also took an oath to defend the Constitution, but have zero intention of honoring that oath. That Capital Police officer will likely go through hell as investigations try to figure out whether he did anything wrong. She was a grown adult and responsible for her treason.
