Good Car GPS/Navigation System?

Anyone know of a good deal on a Car GPS/Navigation system that can integrate seemlessly to a Toyota Prius?

Or a really good Navigation system that is easy to install but costs a lot and is good quality?

Right now i use my PDA as my GPS device. IT mounts on one of your air conditioning ducts and it works pretty well for me.
