Got a raise @ job today .. :)

Today I found that I got a raise: a nice 5 K / year... actually, its my third raise since I started my current job; but the first one thats sizeable... I guess someone realized that I was working a little harder than many other ppl in the office.

Woohoo! I guess hard work DOES pay

I'm a Civil Engineer.... deal with design / construction for municipal systems ( water supply / sewer / storm drainage)..
Spend winters surveying freezing my butt off; and enjoy summers inspecting projects while contractor's men work their butt off ..^.^
