Congrats mate.
Anyone know where I can pick this up from in any UK sites? Overclockers are doing it but they're asking for more than the one you got it off for only $213.95
Ebuyer don't seem to have it at all.
Any help will be appreciated!

Ok cool.

LOL, why is the bundle price more expensive then regular price?

REG TOTAL $524.75
Bundle Price $527.56

NCIX is a rip off especially with the shipping.

Try doing the same thing with directcanada.com
or if you live in Torono/GTA try infonec.com, canadacomputers.com, pcvillage.com
They are usually cheaper. also ship too

I see the E6850 on MWAVE but not Newegg.

I suspect Newegg is trying to push out their glut of E6600s before showing the E6850 for sale. Hmmm.... Conspiracy.

They are basically going to be at the same price point.

Too bad Newegg... Now my sale must go to MWAVE.

Fry's B&M in San Diego has the 6750.

Today's ad has 6750 + Intel mobo (DG33BUC) for $280.

I take that back. The E6850 went Out of Stock overnight at MWAVE. Crap, I knew I should have ordered it b/f I went to bed.

I'm really confused and want some help. I'm trying to find the difference between the E6850 and X6800. By my calculations, the 6850 is a better processor, but why is the 6800 hold a $600 higher price tag?

Newegg doesn't have an e6750 available so I got on chat with their help desk. The guy said that they might not carry it. I asked him if he meant "now" or "ever" and he evaded me and told me to check back next week! Bastards...

I ordered my E6750 today. Mwave has it for $195. Get a mobo combo and they knock it down to $191 which isnt too bad IMO.

Well $195 is the cheapest I've seen so far. Everyone else is $200+

Sheesh I thought these things were suppose to be $186 when they came out.

it's an extreme edition chip which means it comes with fully unlocked multipliers which the 6850 only has 6 to 9.

I've watched the price on NewEgg all day... I checked at only 4 separate times and each time the price went up... from $199, then to $210, $225, and now $235. Because of this crap, I will never buy anything from NewEgg again. I'd consider that price gouging in my book.

Because it has an 'X' in it.

yeah, I got pretty ticked at newegg, too. it was down to 225 last time I checked, but it might be 235 now. yep, it's 235. I hate going to another place to buy it, but I guess I'll either have to wait a week or 2 or bite the bullet and buy it somewhere else. I kept looking today, but I got distracted at work...stupid work...

They are counting all of the "Gotta have it right now" crowd to line their pockets for a bit. In a couple weeks, it'll drop.

I'm happy with the price. Sure the price will drop one day. Probably in September when the next big price change happens. but thats what happens in the pc world. $191 is a fair price I feel. Ordered and shipped same day too. Considering whats going on with NE I'm feeling pretty good about it.

You should contact them over this, that is not right!

Well I thought Intel set the price for $186 and that it was suppose to sell for that amount when it came out?
