Jeez, chill guys. Anybody running this forum has to know the risk of jumping into a deal like this. The guy had a 1.0 on resellerratings when it started, what did you expect? Bear in mind, no one owes you a great deal. Where do you think the phrase "you snooze, you lose" came from.
And why should he expect to be flooded with orders? Anandtech isn't exactly in the Internet Sellers handbook, if there is one. What if it hadn't been reported on all of the deal sites? What would he do with the extra few thousand memory sticks?
having said that, get your butts out of bed in the morning, call either the 800 number or the regular number within the first hour they're open (when all the rest of the Anandtech'ers are apparently sleeping) and when the voice system starts asking whether your want sales or support, press O for Operator. If you get someone, politely explain that you have an order (and have the order # ready, please) that you need to check the status of. If they can't give you a tracking number, then request that the order be cancelled. Remember, be polite - these guys are swamped and the owner sounds just as frustrated by the problems as you are. Just get your account credited and go frantically chase after the next deal.
P.S. They are also open on Saturday, if you check the hours on their web page.
