I am getting my MBA now...undergrad GPA was about a 3.3. Just so long as you have a 3.0 or high you should be ok, what really matters is what ever SAT like test you have to take. Also, good letters of recommendation are really important. Higher GPAs will help, but the other stuff is more important.

Yep, had about a 2.5, I think. I went into accounting. My GMAT was around.... 500? My english portion was around 800. My undergrad was in psychology, but UNC Charlotte just requires AN undergrad degree for the accounting program. Others, like App. State requires an Accounting undergrad. My GPA was a 3.1 when I finished.

If you look at a school's website, it usually lists the requirements. When I was looking, it seemed that many schools were intentionally unclear and unspecific so that depending on a person's special circumstances, they could get in. Hint: do very good on the GRE.

Ivy math undergrad, Ivy engineering grad school (still there, ugh). GPA was 3.something (good, don't remember it was that long ago). All 90+ percentile on GRE (the old GRE, math, verbal and analytical).

applied to a couple of bio PhD's. undergrad gpa was bad... 3.0. got a 1400 on the GRE. wonder if i'll get into any...

I didn't take any tests at all. Just filled out application and submitted a couple of essays with 3 letters of reccommendations. My udnergrad GPA was 3.01. Right now I'm pulling a 3.9 (of course that's only two classes so far )
