Graphics card tempeture

I have a Gainward FX5200 graphics card with a heatsink, without a fan. My motherboard tempeture right now with a 3.0Ghz Prescott is about 36-38C. The summer is starting so it's pretty hot, but I still think the graphics card is causing the motherboard to be so hot. The heatsink is too hot to touch for more than one or two seconds. Is that a normal tempeture for a graphics card like that?

Think about it this way, if your video has a fan on it's heatsink, it would probably drive the heat away faster.
Then the same amout of heat is still inside your case. Therefore, adding case fan would be the only solution to mobo high temps.
