Artsy fartsy or not it is NYC in one of the most desirable part of a island very populated by lots of people who have things to do (in NYC style). If I lived a few blocks from there like 100's of thousands of people do I would not want a shadow anything I would want to move on and forget -I don't think the residents of Lower Manhattan ever could? (I moved to the West Coast a few years before 9-11-01 (left for SF in '95) and worked in that building that had the antenna (the taller one)
I will never forget seeing that building fall on tv I DID live just down a few blocks.
I hope they carry on and get some jobs back to the people and the familys that live there just like any town in America.
BTW Bush has failed my old crew when I call back east.
They feel the same way people do here in SF and California so dont feed me the BS about "Most America are half-retarded low expectation yokels"
The electorial votes are rigged to favor less populated states.
If we Californians and New Englanders and Chi Town mofos had OUR vote head for head you KNOW what would be up with the true vote of the majority of the peoples in the USA.
Bush has a huge chance at losing this, badly.

If you knew me IRL I could tell you the craziest stories of when I was young and I would put the crown of my head flush to the top of the building and look up at the tallest thing -it was like looking down from a huge height but up to forever. My girlfriends or people with me always thought I was a wingnut but I would always do that...
Bush dissed the people we didn't even get a half-assed investigation on why so many of my friends had to die or why such a part of The City was flattened WHY?
If Bush had anything to do with it or even knew ANYTHING I want to know. This stuff bugs a lot of people and is a open wound still. Conspiracy theory or not why hasen't it been SERIOUSLY I MEAN REALLY SERIOUSLY investigated?
