Pretty sure you still don’t know shit. Everyone has white light. IR and night vision is only appropriate in some circumstances.

I'm buying one semi-automatic pistol. My budget is $1200 max. This includes all accessories, including 1000 rounds of practice ammo and 100 rounds of highest damage to the human body possible ammo.

I want to know which pistol, which caliber, and what accessories YOU would get.

Assume the following:

I have lots of experience with firearms, but no recent experience.
I am male, have large hands, and am fairly strong.
This is for home, never carry.

I have a HK VP9. It feels amazing in my hand. It comes with three different sizes for the grip sides and the backstrap. So, you can customize the amazing grip even further. I use the cheapest 9mm rounds I can find for the range and have Hornaday Critical Defense for actual use. It's so reliable.
