[H] Random BSOD Problem

I never had this problem with my old video card, but that doesn't mean this card or it's software is specifically the culprit.

Basically what happens is sometimes when I view videos in firefox, most specifically youtube. It will give me a BSOD. It can happen anytime during the video, but usually right when I click play or early on in the play (first 20 seconds).

It doesn't happen every time, like I said, it's only random. And I've even come back to the same exact video and watched it without a problem. As well as not be able to come back and watch the video without bsoding.

I'm thinking it might have something to do with how firefox handles flash or something like that. I do occasionally get firefox asking me to update java and when I click ok it seems to install but when I reset it just asks me if I want to install again everytime. I've got quite a few plugins as well, dunno if they could cause it.

I guess it would help if I mentioned I've been having this problem since Feb when I got the video card, and its the Nvidia Geforce 260GTX OC. Firefox is the latest version 3.6.8

I just noticed 2 javas so I disable the .18 version one just now.

The Java Console extension is no longer supported and will be automatically removed the next time you restart Firefox. This will not affect any Java applications or websites in any way.

I should probably also mention that when checking the event viewer it doesn't always say something. But here is what it just said on the last 2 times.

Have you tried a different driver for the video card? Either newer or older? Maybe try IE and see if you have the same problem?
