Half-Life Problem

Sup all,

I have a Dell Inspiron 8000 -- P3 600/ 256MB /20 GB /32MB ATI M4 Mobility . It is now running Win2K. From the time that I bought it has had no problem running Half-Life/CS/TFC/DoD, RA2 , AoE2....so on and so forth. Just recently though, I noticed that when I play Half-Life, or any of the mods made for it, it plays fine and all, except the camera seems to shift abruptly to the left/right/up/down. It shifts only when I'm moving forward/around. This just started happening a couple of days ago, almost the same time when I installed Realplayer. The game is running on the latest patch. Anyone have any ideas as to how fix this nagging problem? What's funky with it? Thanks all....

Yow wow, that sounds wierd. It's not the "head bobbing" effect is it? How much does it shift?

It might very well be that head-bobbing thing....it shifts just a bit...Not huge, but noticeable after a while. Maybe I should check out the mouse sensitivity...hmm...

I think that's it. Somewhere (I have no idea where) in the options you can disable it. I think it's disabled as default, because the motion made a lot of people sick
