Ok, I got in on the $40 Visor. But reading the rebate it looks like the Deluxe is a better value.

I think that it might be a typo. Everywhere else on the rebate form, it says "2 MB" and the word Deluxe might have accidentally popped up in the description. If the deluxe can be had for 110, I'd consider it a hot deal.

There isn't one. It's a typo on the rebate form. The deluxe rebate ended about a month ago.
