Today I finally realized who it is; Baren Harkohan from Dune..

Yep, he was half the man... literally. For his own well being I hope he takes a break after HL2 hits the shelves and gets his health back in order...

He has a striking resemblance to a waterbed with a head.

In the first picture I saw of him, he seemed like a nice middle-weight middle-aged guy.
