I've just bought a Western Digital 160GB Internal Hard Drive (you guys remember those hdd sale in OfficeMax?), I connected as my slave drive and it worked fine for a few days, but just a few minutes ago, i couldnt access it, i got the error "H:\ is not accessible" or something like that, I restarted the computer, b4 the logon screen appeared, a blue screen, i think it's the scan disk screen or something like that appeared, and it was very fast but i could read something like "deleting index ...."etc, god.
And I could access it again but i found out that i lost half of my files..........
Pls, anyone help me!!! What's wrong here? Is the HDD broken? Can i find my files again?
PS: Oh, and i should have mentioned that this partition is in NTFS, while my C and D drive are in FAT32 ! my boot drive is always FAT32 up to now, but seem like FAT32 doesnt support HDD greater than 120gb so i had to choose ntfs for the new hdd!
