Monoprice has a few different units for that, but they're not all that cheap. It also depends on whether you want to make sure you have access to HDR as the cheaper ones won't have that option.
Honestly I just want it to be able to support HD 1080p and if possible 4K as it just for a 2 tv that il use for casual watching and my basement ( not needing the hdmi via Ethernet ) will be direct to all my devices so i dont care as much for the others.
It looks like some of the cheaper options might work for you then. The only worry that I'd have is that some of the reviews don't look as good as I'd like. You can try looking for the same item on Amazon as Monoprice does sell some of their products there. I'd expect to possibly see more reviews if it's also listed on there. Unfortunately, while I've seen these products around, I've never used one. Although, I have certainly experienced the fun of trying to run longer cables... and for me, longer is only maybe 20 feet.
What kind of distances are you looking at? While passive HMDI can really become iffy when you get into cable lengths over 30 feet or so, active HDMI cables can go much longer (and they aren't as thick as the passive cables). Here's an example.

But if you're looking at over 100 feet, yes, you'd need to look at another solution (like the ethernet option).
I actually just bought this to run a 100ft cat 6a hdmi run from my ps4 in the living room upstairs to my other tv.

I hope to have it all hooked up tonight / tomorrow. The cat5e specs might work for you.
Did you ever get this working? Also i don't think its available in Canada :-(
Yes, it works pretty well. I haven't noticed any video issues. Only problem is that I'm about at the end of the range of my ps4 controllers, they disconnect sometimes if you set them down.
Thanks! I found a supplier for this model on Amazon.ca. Just going to have it on watch until Feb in case prices chance. Also found out that it's Cat5e that i have thank fully! So that way i might get 4k Res.
