Headphones for running

No earbuds, every model I've ever tried simply falls out after a short time. And the constant re-adjustment to keep them in causes ear aches.

-I often wear a hat on long runs, so it can't interfere with the hat.
-They cannot interfere with a pair of cheapo sunglasses.
-They must be comfortable. I don't want my ears bleeding after a 20 mile run.

Any good models out there?

They're inexpensive, lightweight, they wrap around the back of your head (so no interference with hats or sunglasses) and because the cable connection is on the back of your neck, the wire doesn't smack into your chest during the entire run. I use a pair in conjunction with a nano on an armband and it's bliss.

Thanks for the response. I was looking those at Target a few weeks back. I typically coil up the cord and tuck it under my Nano's arm band. The Nike's are comfortable over long 20+mi/3hr+ runs?

Yeah I've had a couple pairs of them now, used them in a whole bunch of marathon training with no complaints.

There are a few IEM that's good candidate, the lightest and most comfortable being the Westone UM1. the key is to get the ones that has the cable loop over and behind the ears.

I use these Sony's and love 'em. The 'loop' portion is actually a really soft rubber that grips just enough so that you never feel it, but there is no bouncing. The sound quality is very good for the price range as well. For ~$20 shipped, they are worth a shot.

FWIW, I have tried nearly every 'sport' headphone and these are my faves.

I recently picked up the Nike Flow headphones to replace my Sony ones. These are cheap, lightweight, and very comfortable on my long runs.
